Welcome to the Parenting On Mission, an organization focused on encouraging, engaging and equipping parents to practice mission-focused parenting. Let’s face it, parenting is one of the most challenging roles we have and it can be challenging, frustrating and outright stressful.

Parents of 5, ranging ages of 16-31 (as of 2025), Oscar and Suni have encountered all phases of parenting over 30+ years. During this time they have been able to develop and implement practical and effective parenting guidelines and strategies that when applied, they have found it has resulted in more focused parenting and productive child(ren).

As parents we are tasked with building the next generation and must have a vision, mission and a parenting plan for how we raise our child(ren). This task is just too important to be left to chance. We pray you find the content on our website helpful in your parenting journey!
